A legal disclaimer

Made by RIVR, a brand of BARDO GROUP LLC, creates custom, embroidered, handmade, and/or made-to-order products. Because many items are personalized or produced specifically for each customer, all sales are generally considered final once order details, designs, sizing, colors, placement, digitizing previews, mockups, or other custom details have been approved by the customer. By placing an order, the customer is responsible for reviewing all information carefully before approval. Made by RIVR reserves the right to approve or deny refund, return, remake, or exchange requests at our discretion, except where required by law.

Refund & Return Policy

Made by RIVR does not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for custom, embroidered, personalized, handmade, or made-to-order items once the customer has approved the order details or production has started.

Before production, we may provide design details, mockups, placement previews, thread color options, or digitizing previews for customer approval. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review spelling, sizing, colors, placement, design details, garment type, and any other order information before giving approval. Once approved, the order is considered final.

Refunds, remakes, or corrections may be offered only if Made by RIVR made a clear mistake, such as producing the wrong design, wrong item, wrong size, major incorrect placement, or a defect caused by our production process. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at madebyrivr@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.

Minor variations in thread color, garment color, embroidery placement, sizing, texture, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, material differences, handmade production, and the nature of embroidery. These minor variations are not considered defects.

Made by RIVR is not responsible for customer errors, including incorrect spelling, wrong size selection, incorrect shipping address, wrong color choice, or approval of incorrect design details. We are also not responsible for normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper washing, misuse, or alterations made after delivery.

If a refund, remake, exchange, or store credit is approved, the resolution will be determined by Made by RIVR based on the situation.
