Made by RIVR, a brand of BARDO GROUP LLC, makes every effort to process, package, and ship orders in a timely manner. Shipping times, delivery estimates, and carrier availability may vary depending on order volume, product availability, custom embroidery or production time, weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside of our control. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Made by RIVR is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we will do our best to help customers with tracking or shipping-related concerns.

Shipping Policy - the basics

Made by RIVR currently ships orders within the United States. Orders are processed during normal business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard processing time is typically 3–7 business days, but custom, embroidered, handmade, or made-to-order items may require additional production time before shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, order size, weight, and delivery location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Made by RIVR is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

If your order is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at madebyrivr@gmail.com so we can help review the issue. We may require customers to contact the shipping carrier directly or file a claim depending on the situation.

At this time, Made by RIVR does not offer international shipping unless otherwise stated.
